Hot Air Ballooning during
the Lake Coeur d'Alene BalloonFest 2006.
This specially built balloon basket offered access to wheel chairs,
walkers and anyone needing assistance for a free tethered flight.
Over 200 regional guests were able to enjoy this special opportunity.
