Nine multi family building lots located off of Whitworth Road
approximately 1/2 mile North of Whitworth College. Built for
Neil Johnson, Coldwell Banker Northwest Group. Project started
in March 2006 with an on schedule projected completion date of
June 15. The adjacent Whitworth Retail center pad site was
started in March and completed one week later. The visionary
leadership of Owens Construction allowed the land owner to
capitalize on the opportunity of simultaneously completing both
projects by successfully coordinating material, manpower and
scheduling.

$250,000 to 2.5 million.
