Job Profile: Foxtail 2006

Foxtail Estates 31 residential lots located off of Hallet road and Thomas Mallen. Project built for Pakiba L.L.C. of Spokane. Started September 5th and has a completion date of November 3rd. The storm structures, ponds and adverse soils, made this a unique project. In spite of encountering unexpected hard rock challenges, Owens Construction, Inc. committed to, and accomplished completion of the project as agreed.
