North/South Freeway 2007
The roadway construction of this project includes 1.86 miles of
future US395
in Spokane County. Grubbing, earthwork, drainage,
surfacing, and erosion control
are among the work performed by Owens Construction. Built
for the Washington
Transportation Department, work began in July of 2007 and is
scheduled to be
completed in June of 2008.
