Condominium site in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho adjacent to the Coeur d'Alene
Resort Golf Course in downtown Coeur d'Alene. Built for SLA Investments
L.L.C., Grant Lincoln, summer /
fall of 2005 with completion date on schedule for early summer 2006.
Property will feature three 5-story residential condominium complexes,
underground parking, extensive landscaping and pool area nestled along
the north side of the golf course among tall pines and natural rock
privacy barriers. Condominium complex designed by Miller-Stauffer, Coeur
d'Alene, Idaho. Site development included hard rock blasting, new
roads, underground water, sewer and utility lines, structure foundation
pads and elevation reconstruction to incorporate natural landscape
features. In January of 2007 construction will begin on the foundation
work for condo building number 1. In mid spring excavation for condo
building number 2 will begin.
